A minor-mode integrating 'citar' and 'vulpea' to create and manage
bibliographic notes.

Citar-Vulpea integrates the Citar bibliography package with the Vulpea
note-taking system.  Citar lets you browse and act on bibliographic data
in BibTeX, BibLaTeX or JSON format.  Vulpea is an efficient database layer
for org-mode notes.  Combining these packages enables linking notes in your
Vulpea collection to your bibliography, providing a solution for documenting
literature reviews.

To enable, call `citar-vulpea-mode' or add to your init file:
